Italian Bread Dip Seasoning is as good if not better than restaurant dips! Make it and use as is with olive oil for bread dipping, or use as a secret ingredient in loads of recipes.
Just like you would get in a restaurant! I was using purchased “Bread Dip Seasoning” in a number of recipes. But I’ve gotten so many questions “what is that and where can I find it” that it got me thinking – I really should be able to just make this. So, I did. And I just consumed an entire baguette testing this stuff. And it is amazing.
- 1 t dried basil
- 1 t dried thyme
- 1 t dried oregano
- 1 t ground black pepper
- 1/2 t kosher salt
- 2 t grated parmesan
- Just combine and use in whatever recipe, or add ~4 T quality extra virgin olive oil and dip away!
