Guacamole
Creamy delicious guacamole is the star every time. Loaded with healthy fat and fiber, my guacamole recipe is made simply with avocado, lime, and cilantro.
With a lime tree out back and cilantro in the garden, we make this creamy green goodness very often and schmere it on everything. Most guac recipes add tomato, red onion, and/or jalapeno, but I really like it just simple and amazing!
Guacamole

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados scooped and mashed
- 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 zest of a lime
- 1 juice of a lime
- 1 small pinch salt
Instructions
- Combine all and serve immediately. If you have to wait, cover with plastic wrap right on the guacamole, and refrigerate.
