Easy Romantic dinner!


Decadent lobster in a creamy sauce over succulent haddock is a must try dinner that seems fancy but is so easy to make.

Baked Haddock with Lobster


– 3 Tbsp unsalted butter – 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour – ½ cup milk – ½ cup half and half – 4 oz Vermont white sharp cheddar cheese – 2 (3-4 oz) lobster tails – ½ pinch kosher salt – 1 pinch cracked pepper – ¼ cup dry sherry – 1 ½ lb haddock

Poach the lobster tails. Cook time is 1 minute per ounce of tail. Then get the meat out of the shells.


Make the lobster sauce by making a roux, then a rich bechamel. Finish with adding cheese, lobster, and sherry.


Lay the fish in a bake dish, skin side down.


Pour the lobster sauce over top and bake.
