12 mini graham cracker shells ¼ cup Old Fashioned oats ¼ cup all-purpose flour 4 Tbsp unsalted butter ½ cup light brown sugar ½ tsp ground cinnamon ½ tsp ground nutmeg pinch kosher salt 3 large apples

Make the filling


Combine until well mixed, using a pastry cutter to break up the butter.

Fill the shells


Pile the apple high!

Add the topping


Load the butter-flour-sugar mixture on top of the apple.

Cook it


Bake until bubbly and golden (about 25 minutes).
