1-½ lb haddock fish filets 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp cream ½ cup panko breadcrumbs 1 Tbsp fresh chives 1 Tbsp flat-leaf parsley ½ tsp Herbs de Provence 1 Tbsp grated parmesan ¼ tsp kosher salt pinch fresh cracked pepper 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil


Prep the fish


Brush the fish with mixture of Dijon mustard and cream.

"Crust" the fish


Press mixture of panko, parmesan, herbs, seasonings, and olive oil onto fish.

Bake and enjoy


Bake at until fish flakes with fork. 

Serve with roasted asparagus
