Boursin Pinwheels with Sausage

– 1 (8 oz) tube refrigerated crescent dough sheet or crescent rolls – ½ lb uncooked hot bulk breakfast sausage from a tube – ½ pkg Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Gournay Cheese 

Spread the sausage on the dough and then the Boursin cheese.

Roll up the dough from the long end.

Slice the rolled dough into rounds and place on bake sheet.
