Notes

Reduced fat sour cream works well in this recipe.
If Beau Monde seasoning is not available, use 1/2 Tbsp each celery salt and onion powder. It won't be exactly the same, but it will be close. Alternatively, you can use your favorite seasoning blend - just be sure to add in increments to taste if it contains salt.
