On a rimmed baking sheet, pat the drummies dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper. Broil 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once.
Transfer to the slow cooker. Add the Cranberry BBQ Sauce and cook on high 1 hour, then low 2-3 hours. Alternatively, cook on low the whole time for 4-5 hours. Serve.
If the Cranberry BBQ Sauce is not already prepared, just toss all the ingredients in the crock-pot, mix, then add the drummies after broiling.
