Olive Oil Bread Dip | Restaurant-Style

Olive oil bread dip, just like at a restaurant. This is a mix of dried herbs and seasonings to add to your favorite olive oil for dipping bread. Or use as a multipurpose blend to enhance so many dishes and nibbles. Make a batch and store in your refrigerator for months.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp dried basil
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsp fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients.
  • Store in a plastic container or resealable bag in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
  • To serve: pour 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil over 1 tsp Olive Oil Bread Dip in a small bowl for dipping bread. If desired, also add 1/2 tsp fresh chopped garlic and 1 tsp freshly grated parmesan cheese.
