  • 1-1/2 cups finely ground almond flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seafood seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • cooking spray


  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients. 

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining (wet) ingredients.

  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, whisking until smooth.

  5. Stir in the cheese.

  6. Distribute biscuit batter to 8 muffin tins sprayed with cooking spray.

  7. Bake at 400F for 10-12 minutes or until biscuits are golden. Yields: 8 biscuits.
