Slow Cooker Cola Pulled Pork

Pulled pork cooked easily in the slow cooker with Coca-Cola and seasoning. This is a simple recipe for juicy pulled pork every time.

Ingredients
 

For the pork

For pork sandwiches

  • coleslaw of choice
  • Hawaiian sweet buns or hamburger rolls
  • BBQ sauce

Instructions
 

  • Take the pork, and rub all over with the grilling rub. Let sit 20 minutes.
  • Put in the slow cooker and pour the soda over. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
  • Move the roast to a large cutting board or bowl and pull into shreds using 2 forks.
  • Serve with coleslaw and BBQ sauce in buns.
