Fill a large pot ~2/3 full with chicken stock and water. Bring to a boil. Add the rice and boil 30 min. Use the lid to hold back the rice, and quickly drain off the stock/water. Put the lid on and let the rice steam in the pot 10 min. Fluff with a fork - perfect!
