Salmon Casserole

Delicious casserole with salmon

Easy for a weeknight and even the leftovers are SO GOOD.

Use fresh cooked, leftover, canned, OR pouched salmon

So many benefits to eating salmon and it's DELICIOUS

We are also sneaking in some veggies!

PREP TIME: 10 MIN

COOK TIME: 30 MIN

INGREDIENTS

8 oz pasta 1 carrot 1 can cream of celery soup 1/4 cup mayo 1 cup milk 1/2 cup cheddar cheese 1 cup peas 8 oz cooked salmon 10 Ritz crackers

Cook the pasta, but add the carrot halfway through cooking. 

STEP 1

Mix the soup, mayonnaise, milk, cheese, peas, salmon, and onion.

STEP 2

Pour the soup and pasta mixtures into a casserole.

STEP 3

Top with crackers and bake.
